We aim to deliver our handcrafted beds as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, order volume, and product customization.

2. Delivery Areas

We offer FREE delivery within mainland United Kingdom (England, Wales, and Scotland).
Delivery to remote areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) may incur additional charges.
Please contact us before placing an order if you require delivery to a remote area.

3. Delivery Times

Once your order is confirmed, standard delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 working days.

For customized or made-to-order products, delivery may take slightly longer.
You will be notified of the estimated delivery date when your order is processed.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Delivery Process

Our team will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient date and time.
We kindly request that someone be present at the property to accept and sign for the delivery.

Deliveries are made to the ground floor unless otherwise agreed upon.
Assembly service, if requested, may involve additional fees.

5. Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery address at the agreed time, a redelivery charge may apply.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accessible and that the product will fit through doors, hallways, and staircases.

6. Product Inspection

Upon delivery, we encourage customers to inspect the products before signing the delivery note.
If there are any issues (such as damage or missing parts), please notify the delivery team immediately and contact us at info@mellowbeds.co.uk.

Signing the delivery note without noting any issues may limit your ability to claim for damage later.

7. Assembly Service

Assembly is available upon request at an additional cost.
If you would like your bed assembled, please inform us when placing your order so we can arrange it accordingly.

8. Changes to Delivery

If you need to reschedule or change your delivery after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible at +44 7498 758603.
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any delivery changes.
