90-Day Comprehensive Warranty

When you buy a Mellow bed frame, you’re covered from day one. Our 90-day comprehensive warranty means that if any part of your bed frame has a manufacturing fault or defect within the first 90 days, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. It’s our way of giving you total peace of mind as you settle into your new bed.

2-Year Parts Replacement Guarantee

We don’t stop supporting you after the first three months. If any part of your bed frame develops a fault due to materials or workmanship within two years of purchase, we’ll send you the replacement parts at no cost. It’s all part of our promise to offer products that are built to last.

Warranty Coverage & Limitations

To keep things clear and transparent:

• The warranties cover faults in manufacturing or materials not damage from everyday wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect assembly.
• This warranty only applies to our bed frames unless the product listing states otherwise. It doesn’t include mattresses or other items.
